Welcome to the EWI of Honolulu website!  We are a chapter of the Executive Women International® (EWI) organization.  This year our chapter celebrates 43 years since our November, 1967 charter.  Our membership consists of approximately 44 diverse member firms including two charter firms.  They are:  First Hawaiian Bank and Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki.  Our member firms are the mainstay of this dynamic organization, providing business contacts one may otherwise not have such access to.

EWI is an organization that brings together key individuals from diverse businesses for the purpose of:

• Connections – Promoting member firms and offering networking capabilities both nationally and internationally;
• Careers – Offering opportunities for both personal and professional development; and
• Community – Offering scholarship opportunities to high school juniors and transitional college students to better their education and their lives; and to serve our local communities through other philanthropic endeavors.

In the last two years, EWI of Honolulu awarded $44,000 in scholarships to deserving students.  They went to outstanding high school juniors through our Executive Women International Scholarship Program (EWISP) and to our Adult Students in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) scholarship program, a program based on financial need for adult students in various tracks of their pursuit of higher education.
