Executive Women International® (EWI) is an organization which brings together key individuals from diverse businesses for the purpose of:
- Promoting member firms
- Enhancing personal and professional development
- Encouraging community involvement
|
 |

In 2004, the Honolulu Chapter of Executive Women International® created the Na Wahine Alaka`i (Women Leaders) award to recognize potential leaders and accordingly provide essential leadership opportunities for our members. The award covers registration fees for the Academy of Leadership (Professional and Volunteer Leadership Module) and the Leadership Conference and Annual Meeting (LCAM) held in September of each year. The award recipient will be responsible for all other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and meals not covered in the registration fee.
LCAM establishes a forum for leadership development through its workshops, annual meeting, and vast network of key international and national leaders. Historically, it has enhanced the professional growth of EWI representatives, which ultimately benefited their firms.
