Scholarship Programs

Adult Students in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) is for adult students in a variety of transitional situations who are advancing their necessary educational skills to help achieve career goals and objectives.
EWI of Honolulu has offered the ASIST scholarship program since 1996. ASIST is a non-discriminatory, educational scholarship program based on financial need for non-traditional students. The goal of the ASIST scholarship program is to enable each recipient to improve their self-esteem and to have a positive impact on their personal life, employment, family, and community.
Criteria & Eligibility Requirements:

Financial need
-
Social, physical and economic challenges faced by the applicant
-
Individuals with children residing in the home
-
Clearly defined career goals and objectives
-
Specify educational requirements needed to attain the above goals and objectives
-
Utilize re-entry programs available through colleges, community agencies, and service groupsor career professionals
-
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
-
No age minimum requirement

EWI® Scholarship Program (EWISP) is for high school seniors in public, private, or parochial schools with an intent to pursue a four-year degree in any business or professional field of study.
The Executive Women International Scholarship® Program (EWISP) has been helping high school students achieve their academic goals for more than 40 years. Recognized by Money Magazine as one of the top 12 scholarship opportunities in the United States, EWISP allows selected students to compete at both the EWI chapter and corporate levels for scholarships. This scholarship program has been approved by the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the American Vocational Association.
Criteria & Eligibility Requirements:

A demonstrated financial need

A minimum 3.00 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Students must be nominated by their HS Counselor
